Please note that the use of this site signifies consent to the policies that are outlined below. Roxy's Bowtique appreciates your business and strives to bring you quality products and service. Please make sure that you understand and agree with these policies before ordering from Roxy's Bowtique.
To ensure your satisfaction, please be sure to measure your dog correctly before ordering dog clothing, dog jewelry, or dog bows. Some items are not returnable and some items take time to exchange.
Cancel an Order
Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once you have confirmed you order and completed the check out process. New orders are processed immediately, upon receipt, and are sent to our shipping department or Manufacturer for order fulfillment. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you.
Safety for Your Pet
All of Roxy's Dog Bows, Roxy's Jewelry Boxes, and Roxy's Jewelry Collection are hand crafted by Roxy's Bowtique. Each of these items is created with the utmost care to ensure the safety of your pet and we use lead free non-toxic materials. All bows created by Roxy's Bowtique are sewn by hand and all embellishments are sewn on to ensure they are securely attached.
Pets should be supervised while wearing any bow or jewelry, and should not be allowed to chew on these items. While the utmost care is taken while crafting these items, they do contain small pieces that should be treated with care, as they pose a possible choking hazard if chewed on by your pet.
Pet's should have any jewelry removed before travelling or while placed in a crate. Necklaces could get tangled or caught in crates and choke your pet.
Roxy's Bowtique is not responsible for any misuse of Roxy's Dog Bows or Roxy's Jewelry Collection purchased from this web site.

No material from this web site may be copied, reproduced, or used in any manner without the express consent of Roxy's Bowtique or their respective owners. Any use of the data from this web site outside of the transaction of commerce is in violation of the copyright of Roxy's Bowtique.
Order Completion Times
Roxy's Dog Bows, Roxy's Jewelry Box Collection, and Roxy's Jewelry Collection are all made upon order, in the order received. Each order is reviewed upon receipt and an estimated completion time is assigned depending on our the size of the order and the number of preceding orders. We appreciate your patience regarding this, as each order is created with meticulous attention to detail, providing you with the highest quality product.
Before making an order, please see our most current completion times below. These change frequently and are the best indication of when you can expect an order to be shipped. These times are especially important for time sensitive orders, such as holidays, weddings, and birthdays.
Current Completion Times (excluding weekends):
- Roxy's Dog Bows - 3 weeks. Large orders 5 weeks.
- Roxy's Jewelry Box Collection - 1 to 2 weeks.
- Roxy's Jewelry Collection - 1 to 2 weeks.
Rush Orders
Roxy's Bowtique offers rush processing of orders for Roxy's Dog Bows only. Roxy's Dog Bows are made by hand and rush orders can be shipped in 1 to 3 days. Contact us if your order requires rush processing.
A $5.00 fee will be charged for each bow that is selected for rush processing.
Roxy's Bowtique will only rush up to 4 bows per order to allow all orders a chance to be processed.
Additional shipping fees will be required for rush orders that have split shipments.
Roxy's Bow Sizing Suggestions
The following sizing suggestions apply to all of Roxy's Bowtique Dog Bows. Please take the sizing into account before ordering, as Roxy's Bowtique Dog Bows cannot be returned or exchanged (see our return/exchange policy exclusions for more information).
Adult Size - Designed for adult sized dogs 10 lbs and over.
Puppy Size - Designed for puppy sized dogs from 5 to 10 lbs.
Tiny Size - Designed for tiny and baby sized dogs less than 5 lbs.
Remember to properly prepare your dog's hair before placing the bow. This will preserve your bows longevity as they are designed for attaching to a topknot, not to form the topknot.

Custom Bow Designs
Roxy's Bowtique offers a large selection of high quality Dog Bows. If you need special design that we don't offer, please contact us and we will be happy to make a custom designed Dog Bow for you.
Shipping Information
All merchandise is packed and shipped with care. Each shipment will be given a tracking number which will be sent to you for shipping confirmation. Roxy's Bowtique cannot be responsible for orders that are lost or mishandled during shipment. Delays due to holidays are out of the control of Roxy's Bowtique.
Multi-item orders that include items from Roxy's Dog Bows, Roxy's Jewelry Box Collection, or Roxy's Jewelry Collection will be shipped together. Depending on the order completion times listed above, this could delay your shipping time of items that are in-stock. These items may be ordered separately to avoid any delays, but incur an extra shipping charge.
Shipping Days:
- UPS shipments are shipped Monday through Friday only.
- Priority Mail shipments are shipped Monday through Saturday.
Wholesale, Discount And Clearance Information
Roxy's Bowtique does not offer wholesale discounts or volume order discounts. All clearance item sales are final.
Return And Exchange Policy
Here at Roxy's Bowtique, we appreciate your business. We take care to ensure that your purchases are packaged and shipped with the utmost care. Please review the following return and exchange policies for our general merchandise. Roxy's Jewelry Collection has it's own set of return and exchange policies following these policies.
Returns and Exchanges
We will accept returns for store credit only. We will also accept exchanges for other merchandise. Items returned must be in their original condition and their original packaging with the merchandise tags still attached, free of any damage, and resalable. Roxy's Bowtique reserves the right to determine if the item is resalable.
Within 15 days of receipt of the merchandise, a request for an RMA number must be made to Customer Service describing the reason for a return or exchange. We cannot honor requests for RMA after 15 days of receipt. All returns and exchanges must be received by Roxy's Bowtique within 10 days of authorization. If shipping via US Mail, please ship with Delivery Confirmation, as this is the only method to provide proof of delivery.
For exchanges, please note that if the new item is not in-stock there may be a delay of 7-10 days before we ship the exchange.
Please do not ship returns or exchanges to our PO Box, as Return/Exchange merchandise will not be accepted there.
Roxy's Bowtique only accepts one return or exchange per item. After returning or exchanging the original item once, we will not issue any further RMA numbers for that item.
Store credit will be valid for three (3) months from the original date of purchase.
Merchandise without a valid RMA number will not be accepted for return.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all items that are returned or exchanged.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and any return shipping fees will be at the purchaser's expense. Exchange items may have an additional shipping charge and we will contact you for permission to charge for these additional charges. We use USPS Priority Mail for exchanges.
Exceptions to the Return and Exchange Policy
Wedding Dresses, Dog Tuxedos, Dog Bow Ties, Holiday and other seasonal items can only be exchanged for the same items of a different size. They cannot be returned for store credit. Please inspect these item immediately as they have only 24 hours to request an RMA number upon receipt. These exchanges must be received by Roxy's Bowtique within 10 days of authorization. Please note that if the new item is not in-stock there may be a delay of 7-10 days before we ship the exchange.
Exclusions from the Return and Exchange Policy
The following items listed in this section cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. All sales of these items are final.
Roxy's Bowtique Dog Bows - These are products of Roxy's Bowtique that are hand made for each order, providing the highest quality dog bow available. To create each order, requires time and materials that make each bow special and Roxy's Bowtique does not sell used dog bows. Please use our sizing suggestions for our dog bows before purchasing. This will ensure you order the correct size for your pet. Feel free to contact us before ordering for more information.
Roxy's Jewelry Box Collection - These are products of Roxy's Bowtique that are hand made for each order. To create each order, requires time and materials that make each one special.
Gift Baskets - These baskets are specially prepared for each order and also include items that are non-returnable.
Spa & Grooming Supplies, Panties, Beds and Dog Carriers - These items are non-returnable due to health regulations.
Discontinued and Clearance Merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
Roxy's Bowtique Jewelry Collection Policies
Roxy's Bowtique Jewelry Collection Returns or Exchanges
We will accept exchanges for a different size of the same design only. Items exchanged must be in their original condition and their original jewelry box with the merchandise tags still attached, free of any damage, and resalable. Roxy's Bowtique reserves the right to determine if the item is resalable.
Within 24 hours of receipt of the merchandise, a request for an RMA number must be made to Customer Service describing the reason for a return or exchange. We cannot honor requests for RMA after 24 hours of receipt. All exchanges must be received by Roxy's Bowtique within 10 days of authorization. If shipping via US Mail, please ship with Delivery Confirmation, as this is the only method to provide proof of delivery. Do not ship items via next day air, as this just incurs an extra expense to you and does not speed up the return or exchange process. Roxy's Bowtique is not responsible for jewelry lost or damaged during shipment, therefore we recommend also shipping with insurance for any lost or damaged items.
Upon receipt Roxy's Bowtique will inspect the merchandise to ensure that it is in it's original condition. This process may take a few days to complete. Roxy's Bowtique reserves the right to not accept the return or exchange or continue with the process if the jewelry shows signs of abuse or damage.
For exchanges, please note that if the new item is not in-stock there may be a delay of 7-10 days before we ship the exchange.
Please do not ship exchanges to our PO Box, as exchange merchandise will not be accepted there.

Roxy's Bowtique Jewelry Collection Repairs and Sizing
After the 24 hour return and exchange period, Roxy's Bowtique offers repair and sizing of Roxy's Jewelry Collection merchandise only. We do not repair or size any jewelry from other designers.
Please contact Customer Service for instructions on where to send your jewelry for repair or sizing. When shipping jewelry for repair or sizing, please ensure that all of the original materials are included and also include a copy of the original receipt. If shipping via US Mail, please ship with Delivery Confirmation, as this is the only method to provide proof of delivery. Roxy's Bowtique is not responsible for jewelry lost or damaged during shipment, therefore we recommend also shipping with insurance for any lost or damaged items.
A 20% repair fee for each item will be charged for repairs or sizing. This does not include shipping and handling fees. Shipping and handling fees with be at the purchasers expense and will be added to the repair fee. For sizing to larger sizes, a $10 fee for each additional size will be added.
RMA Request Instructions
When requesting an RMA number please send an email to Customer Service with your name, address, order number and reason for requesting a return for store credit. Upon acceptance, we will return an RMA number to you in an email with directions on how to return ship the merchandise. All returns and exchanges must be received by Roxy's Bowtique within 10 days of authorization.
Please do not ship returns or exchanges to our PO Box, as Return/Exchange merchandise will not be accepted there.

Photo submission to Roxy's Club signifies consent to the policies listed below. Roxy's Bowtique will treat all information with confidentiality. No entrant information will be sold or given away to third parties.
Entrants must be at least 18 years of age to participate.
Limit one (1) winner per household per year.
If you are not chosen as the monthly winner, you may submit a new photo for another chance to win.
Submitted photos will become the property of Roxy's Bowtique to use, copy, reproduce, modify, display, or publish. Roxy's Bowtique is not liable for any unauthorized copying or exploitation of submitted images.
Entrants must submit, along with a photo of their pet, the following information to become eligible to win our monthly prize.
- Pet's name
- Breed
- Owner's name
- Location
- Item from Roxy's Bowtique that your pet is wearing
The winner of the month will receive a luxury gift basket (worth $25) designed by Roxy's Bowtique. The gift baskets cannot be exchanged for other products or returned for cash.
